Could Quality Assurance process be done within Ncomply or Nfindings?

We currently have file maintenance and quality assurance processes being completed in a spreadsheet. If an issue is identified, we send an email to the management team of that area. We do not track the issue until resolution at this time. However, based on the capabilities of Ncomply and Nfindings, would it be feasible to conduct these reviews on the Ncontracts platform and have issues open until managers provide a response and sufficient documentation?
